SMS Messaging Terms

1. Program Description

Power Up Boston sends appointment confirmations, service updates, and account notifications by text message (SMS) to customers who have provided their mobile number and opted in. These messages help us coordinate service and keep you informed about your account.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Power Up Boston at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out at any time as described below.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency is recurring and varies based on your interactions with us and your active services. You may receive messages such as appointment reminders, service status updates, and account notifications.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Power Up Boston is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you opt back in. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

7. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
